Green Dome
Islamic School
Responsibility
Kids will be taught responsibility, collaboration, respect, and more. It is important to equip children with strong moral values and knowledge so that they may become leaders in society.
Religion
Green Dome Islamic School will offer optional courses in Qu’ran, Hadiths, Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), , and more. Kids will have a modern education, while keeping in-touch with their religious roots.
Community
A nine-thousand square foot gymnasium open for community use. The Green Dome School will be a hub for Calgary’s expansive Muslim community.
Current Construction Progress
The building’s exterior stucco has been fully completed. The windows and doors have been fully installed, and work continues on the inside.
Framing and drywall have been fully completed. Painting has been completed, flooring is completed, and the final 5% remains.

The Gymnasium
A nine-thousand square foot gymnasium open for the community’s use. This gym will be a staple for the community with it’s large space, and connection to the cafeteria and commercial kitchen.
